Cancellation before work begins: full refund within 7 business days. After work has begun but before delivery: partial refund proportional to work not yet completed, confirmed in writing before processing. After delivery: no refund unless deliverables do not match the agreed written scope.
Cancel with 30 days written notice before the next billing date. No refunds for partially used months. Minimum commitment periods apply per plan terms.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by these terms. Digital services delivered by explicit request before the 14-day cancellation period are exempt from the right to cancel once delivery has commenced.
